Interviewing, right, is quite tiring. Being interviewed was always something I quite enjoyed. Interviewing other people, while it is an interesting change from the usual day job, is draining. It isn't just the going through the technical tests and paying attention to the detail of people's answers but there's the probing questions that you have to come up with to tease what you're looking for out of the candidate. Hard work.

Good post on Equality

The weekend was good. The wedding was good. Apart from the 7 hour drive to get home on Sunday, courtesy of a combination of Remembrance Sunday and a lorry fire on the M25, and the two snorers in the dormitory(!) on Saturday night. Tiring. Not enough sleep. But the wedding was good. We didn't know many people, but that was OK.

The necklace, made for me by a friend, looked really great with the dress and jacket I wore as well as with jeans and jumper the evening before.

Heh. So TFL have withdrawn their "Sex^W Tube Tips for Women" leaflet after complaints it is sexist. Damn straight. I can't believe it actually got into the field in the first place.

The Sagrada Familia was a lot less finished than I had expected, especially on the inside. It was quite chilly, though not as chilly as London. The wine was cheap (but not nasty). The cava was (mostly) cheap (and very drinkable). The tapas was pretty good. The beds were _hard_ (and singles). Some of the bars were very very cool in name and sometimes decor too.

I need a holiday now, though.
