The Nokia 6170 is nice. It is much much faster than the 6600 for navigating the system and using WAP. OK, there's no Bluetooth, but that's no biggie at all. It's much smaller than the 6600 and the screen less prone to damage because it is a folding jobbie. There are a couple of niggles about the interface when it comes to SMSing, but they're not show stoppers. And it seems, though I never really wanted a camera on my phone, that the camera is much better than the one in the 6600.
In short. I really do like it.

ugh, cell phones.. I just know these devices will annoy me even more and more in the future. Why?
I need a new phone soon (poor old Nokia 6610 has had an accident or twentyfive too many escaping my pocket and greeting the floor), however I'd like one thats not too ..gadgety. For how long will that be possible?
..anyway.. whine off, I passed CCNA and will be moving on towards CCNP this fall :) hope all is ok on the island and in the daoc-world.

Congratulations on the CCNA!
As for a non-gadgety phone, there's one coming from Nokia soon:- 6021 (http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,71687,00.html) with no camera, small, reasonable battery life and bluetooth. Basically for business users who don't need/want/aren't allowed camera phones but want a more modern one than the 6310.
