Hard weights today, I'm still wobbly 2 hours later and my biceps are whining at me. Really want to nap now...

S - Nakd bar (cocoa loco)
S - banana and tangerines
D - beef chilli with root veg mash topping

Exercise - weights and a 2.5 mile run
